ME Münsterland Energy:
Clean heat and power from Ladbergen
We have been generating heat and electrical power from renewable resources at our plant in Ladbergen since 2007. Over the years, we have successfully realised a highly innovative, wood-fuelled, combined heat and power generating plant with its own district heating station on our site.
The electric power generated every year at the Ladbergen plant is sufficient to cover the electricity needs of more than 15,000 households.
The heat output from combined heat and power generation is supplied to industrial customers on the site itself and also to neighbouring enterprises located in the AirportPark of the Münster Osnabrück Airport.
